We want you to love your Ahil Elara skincare products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Due to the hygiene nature of skincare products, items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at ahilelara@gmail.com.

• Opened or used skincare products.

• Items purchased during a clearance sale.
