Returns Due to the hygiene nature of skincare products, items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at ahilelara@gmail.com.
